Can I cancel an order once placed?

Unfortunately, we can't accept cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled delivery date, but please get in touch to discuss whether it's possible to move dates. Please note, we can offer a full refund flowers prior to 30 days, minus a £50 administration fee.

How do I place an order with YouFloria?
Simply browse our floral colour palette and pick one which takes your fancy. Use our super fun calculator to workout which flower package size you require, and then add to the cart. You can then head to our shop to purchase any additional equipment you may need, such as secateurs, scissors, and twine. However, you can always add these at a later date. At the checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and make a secure payment.
Can I customise my order?
Yes! Our packages are sorted by colour, and come in small, medium, large, and extra large sizes. If what you’re after doesn’t quite match up, we offer consultations where we’ll endeavour to bring your vision to life.
What’s included in my order?

Your order will contain all the flowers and foliage required to create your beautiful blooms, as well as links to step-by-step guides required to assemble your floral masterpieces. For orders containing flower arches/table centres, we’ll provide the chicken wire, wire and any materials required for assembly. When should I place an order for wedding flowers?

The latest you can place your order with us is 14 days before your wedding date. We recommend placing your orders 3-4 months in advance to give plenty of time to change things if required. This also gives you a chance to watch through our ‘how-to’ videos, pick a team of flower fairies to help you, and stock up on snacks and vino.

What if I miss the deadline or my wedding date changes?

Can I change my order once placed?

You can change your order up to 1 month before your wedding date. Simply drop us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we’ll see what we can do.

Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the UK! You name it, we can deliver!
When should I receive my flowers?

We will have your flowers sent to you approximately 5 days before your BIG day.

This leaves plenty of time for flower hydration, preparation, and assembly, ensuring your flowers are super fresh and fabulous on your wedding day. No droopy stems in sight. We don’t anticipate any errors, however, this allows time for replacement stems to be sent if required… It's always good to have a backup!

As an example, for a Saturday wedding:

Day 1 (Monday): Arrival of your flowers;

Day 2 (Tuesday): Prep flowers, cut stems and give them some water to hydrate and refresh them;

Day 3 (Wednesday): The day of rest and relaxing;

Day 4 (Thursday): Time to get your dream team together, roll up those sleeves, and get creative! Today is the day for centrepiece creating and arch assembly! This is the day to put together anything which can be easily hydrated;

Day 5 (Friday): Bridal bouquet building day…. Yes, it deserves its own special day! We like to leave making bouquets and buttonholes until the day before, as the flowers should be open and beautifully blooming by now.

Our aim is to ensure you have flowers which look their best on their... I mean your… big day, not to make them last until Christmas. We also don’t want them to be THAT friend, and peak too soon!

How will my flowers be delivered?
Your flowers will be delivered by courier straight to your door. They’ll come straight from our supplier (in their original packaging, to help keep things eco-friendly).
Can you ship around holidays/bank holidays?
Yes. We’ll work around the holidays to ensure you get your flowers at the right time.
What if I’m not around on my delivery date?
Let us know and we’ll arrange for them to be sent to an alternative address, or on a different date.

How do I care for my flowers?
Follow our care instructions provided with your order to ensure your flowers stay fresh for your big day.
Do you offer any tutorials for arranging wedding flowers?
Yes! At YouFloria, we’re committed to making your DIY floristry experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We provide videos and step-by-step guides to help you create stunning arrangements.
How long will my flowers last?
We’ll set you up perfectly to ensure your flowers look fabulous exactly when they need to be, if you follow our guidelines and care instructions. Remember, the aim isn’t to get your flowers to last for 2 weeks. You want them to be blooming beautifully on the day of your wedding… and, ironically, flowers look their best just before they die. Sad, but true.
My flowers look sad; what should I do?

Don’t lose hope… we’re here to help!

First things first; give them a full day in water and a dark room, to allow them to rehydrate.

Secondly, take some pictures of your flowers and email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. -we’ll assess what the situation is. Most likely, your flowers will need time to get rehydrated, and back to their usual selves after being transported.

However, it’s likely that a few stems (up to 5%) may not have survived their journey. This is unavoidable, and is something we anticipate and account for with our ordering and delivery timelines. If there’s an issue, we will quickly replace or refund any flowers which didn’t make the cut.

Please note, we need to be notified of any issues with fresh flowers within the first 12 hours of receipt — after this time, there’s little we can do if replacements are required. Additionally, flowers are a natural product. Therefore, there will be variation in stem sizes, flower heads, and shape. We’ll provide you with slightly more than what you need to account for this.

How do I store my flowers before my big day?

Simply follow our care guidelines and your flowers should be picture perfect on your wedding day. Just remember, hydration of your flowers and arrangements once they are assembled is just as important as before, as well as keeping them at an appropriate temperature. We suggest:

Bouquets – Store each in a vase of water when not being used, and keep cool and dark;

Buttonholes – Line a Tupperware box with a wet piece of kitchen roll, and place your items inside, seal with the lid, and place in the fridge on its warmest setting;

Centrepieces – We provide a spray in our extras package to give your arrangements the zhuzh they need to keep them looking fab. Keep them in a cool place and spray them every few hours.
